Calvin the Manager really helped me with the maintenance of my car. He help you to understand what needs to be done.

I took my car to this location this morning for and oil change only to discover hours later that the mechanic who worked on my car stole $100 out of my girlfriends wallet that was in the glove compartment. When I called and spoke with the manager he told me he had already fired the guy for another incident during the day but offered no reimbursement of the money that was stolen.

I was told 45 mins for inspection which I needed brakes and tgere wad only kne person in front of me and tgey left 15 mins after i got there and the 45 mins was 3 hours!!! I had an important appt that I missed and I had to go to work, I got there at 11:30am and didn't get out if there till around 3:00pm... I will NEVER go here again!!!

Speedy Lube Business is honest, passionate and true to its work!
The Mechanics' advice and suggestions are always complete and trustworthy.
I am grateful to the Speedy Lube Workers and their valuable time dedicated to keep the drivers and their vehicles safe!

These guys are great, always and honest and quick and no surprises and if you have any problem at all with the work they did they go out of their way to fix it. I highly reccomend these guys.

My car was running fine no problems at all just needed oil change... My car was on the lift for 20 minutes... I wasn't paying attention I was on my phone "Big Mistake" They called me in to show me that I had a broken sway bar... My car had no problems,front suspension, new tires, aligned... No noise or clunks, steering no shaking and I was just on highway no vibrations! What they hell! They charged me$130 and wanted to replace both sides I told them to fix the obviously broken one only... Now I have clunking noises etc Im highly upset... They rip me off and now I have noise which was never there before RIP OFF

To be honest they are not good mechanics in west philly, but I am sure they know how to rob customers.

I'm new to the Philadelphia area and was very skeptical about taking my car to someone/place new. I happened to be passing Speedy Lube (SL) on Chestnut Street and decided to give them a try. So glad I followed my instinct, from the time I set foot in their doors I was met by their very friendly receptionist and felt at ease. When it was my turn the manager Calvin walked me to my vehicle and explained every step of the process and what was required (I was having brakes & rotor changed). He allayed whatever concerns I had and gave the assurance my "baby" was in very capable hands. Their pricing for services rendered is within national pricing range. This is an ideal place for women who are hesitant when seeking services for their vehicle.



The professionalism, friendliness and courtesy of SL's staff has served to ensure my return to this establishment. I will definitely recommend SL to my Philly friends and associates.

Not gonna lie. I was a little nervous about bringing my car to a speedy lube-type place for something more than an oil change, but I'm new to the neighborhood and really needed to get a funky sound checked out. Calvin and his guys did a great job explaining the problem and I felt very valued as a customer. My car is now riding quietly and I feel safe driving it. I'll be back... hopefully not too soon.

Service is excellent, and fast. Calvin always have a smile and he make sure all needs are meant.

I just moved to the area and needed an emergency alternator replacement. Speedy Lube accommodated me right away and had my car back within a few hours. I have also utilized them for speedy and efficient oil changes. I would definitely recommend their services.

a body shop place totally misjudged my vehicle and told me I need upwards of thousands to fix my car. . I bought it to speedy lube and only spent 400 for my axel and brakes, oil change, hose for my anti freeze spot (sorry don't know tech term lol) . I am satisfied and happy. Calvin took great care of me and made my experience pleasant. he was honest about what I needed and im glad I came and this will be my go to spot!!!!
