I would never go back to that store. The worst Custmer service ever. They make their own policy but no information given to customer.

My mother-in-law purchased a battery charger at Stereo Sound Inc. for her camera. She was unable to charge her battery. I also couldn't charge the battery. I purchased a charger from another store and charged the battery. The charger purchased from Stereo Sound, Inc. is defective.



My mother-in-law is 89 and has a heart condition. She walked and took a bus to Stereo Sound Inc. to return the defective charger. This was within the 30 day return period stated on the website. The store refused to refund or replace the defective charger.



I wrote a letter to the management; they never replied. We lost $21.60. Fortunately we did not buy an expensive sound system or TV from Stereo Sound, Inc.



Stereo Sound Inc. has disdainful ethics and poor quality merchandise. They do not refund or replace defective products and, despicably, they take advantage of elderly shoppers and don't care about customer satisfaction.

I purchased a charger from another store and was able to charge the battery. The charger purchased from Stereo Sound, Inc. was defective. My mother-in-law, who has a heart condition, walked and took a bus to Stereo Sound Inc. to return the defective charger. This was within the 30 day return period. The clerk in the store refused to refund or replace the defective charger. The store does not refund or replace defective merchandise and takes advantage of fragile helpless 89 year old shoppers and could care less about the satisfaction of their customers. They stole $21.60 from my mother-in-law. Good luck if you are foolish enough to purchase a sound system or TV from Stereo Sound Inc.
