Xercel, founded in 2002, is a woman owned business focused on brilliant design solutions and outstanding customer service. We have created long term relationships with our clients based on consistent behavior - great work, projects delivered on time, no surprises on cost, and all with great customer service. We are experts in developing custom web-based applications, user-oriented web experiences, easy-to-use data management systems, social media marketing, social networks, e-commerce solutions, branding, packaging design, and marketing materials. Our CEO, Patricia Tawadros, is an active member in the Philadelphia business community. She currently sits on the boards of the Center City Proprietor's Association ( CCPA ) the National Association of Women Business Owners ( NAWBO ), and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Xercel has also been ranked in The Philadelphia Business Journal's 2010 Book of Lists for Top 25 Graphic Designers. Great question. Xercel was originally founded in 2002 by 3 friends who met while working together at a consulting company in Wayne, PA. Their time there included development of applications and eCommerce solutions for brands like FEDEX and Campbell Soup. When they decided to partner, their unique skill sets were a great fit to create Xercel. In 2003, Vlad ( one of the founders ) moved to Moscow, Russia and opened Xercel's European office - Zercel.
