Provided by YP.comI'm still sitting at JFK airport as I'm writing this waiting to get picked up 2 and a half hours after my flight landed. I don't understand how they're still in business. Finally was able to contact them 45 minutes after my flight landed and they said it would be here in an hour. I was ok with that but it's been almost 2 hours now since then. After 23 hours of traveling by airplane, I just wanted to get home as soon as possible, instead I'm stranded at an airport.

Provided by YPmobileI don't understand how they operate. They were late by 40 minutes on the way to JFK but they're a shuttle service so I let that go. Then they had me down for the wrong date for pick up, I called them and gave the correct date. I thought maybe I made the mistake when reserving (their website wouldn't take my online res.)Here's the worst part- the office does not open until later in the day. There is no one to talk to if you arrive on an early morning flight. I arrived at 5:50 am which was earlier than scheduled, so I followed the instructions about calling when you arrive to get pick up time and location at airport. No one ever called me back. I thought I was stranded so I got another service to take me home. A driver called me at 8:30am. It was too late by then. If I got an update from someone there I would have waited.

Provided by YPmobileThis is the worst shuttle service ever. I have to use it once in a while and very time it has been disappointing. They pick you up very early because then they would pick up other people all around the Philadelphia area. It could take up to 3 hours just to get out From Philly. Moreover they fit in a single bus 9 people so that they have to put the luggage among the seats. Beside being annoying this is also dangerous. When you have to go back to Philly from JFK it can take up to 2 hours to get out from the airport because they will wait for other passengers. Drivers drive like crazy however I heard many people losing their flights due to delay.
Do not use this service, you will be very upset.

Provided by YP.comTerrible Service. point blank. I took a ride from philadelphia to JFK, and it took them almost 6 hours to get there. They made me miss my flight, and I had to pay over $800 to catch another flight the next day. The bus driver went all over the city picking up people in different places. He could have just picked up everyone in one area. but no. he went back and forth through the city. Then, they stopped us in the middle of the city next to 12th and chestnut because we needed to change buses. Never go on philly shuttle. they have bad service and the AC wasn't even working! There's a lot of other good transportation out there!

Provided by YP.comI have used this service more than 3 times, twice to JFK airport and once to the Philadelphia Airport. and they were there for me ontime every time. I find them to be very reliable and the service overall from the reservation person on the phones to the drivers were accomodating and friendly. I used many shuttle and limo services in other cities and this companey has been one of the best so far and well worth the price. I will use them again on my next trip and recommend it to others who do not mind to share the ride.

Provided by YP.comI had a pregnant guest arriving from Portland to JFK. The plane was delayed already for almost an hour, and the guest waited for 3 hours on the shuttle. The only promise made was to get everyone home in the same day, so my guest arrived at Center City Philadelphia at 11: 50pm, 7 hours later than her arrival at JFK.
During the span of waiting and waiting, I emailed their customer service just to get someone to pay attention to their delay. Guess what? They replied the following words:
"APPARENTLY, YOU HAVE NO CONCEPT OF WHAT A SHUTTLE RIDE IS"
And when they finally arrived, I asked the driver "What took you so long to get here?" Guess what? He started speaking loudly at me saying that why don't I drive a car to pick her up!
Gosh, I should have never believed a word recommending this kind of service. I sincerely blame myself for believing their service, and most important of all, believing them insulted my own intelligence.

Provided by YP.comTERRIBLE SERVICE - DON"T TRUST THEM. 5 of us reserved a roundtrip to and from JFK,including my elderly monther-in-law. When we called from JFK, they said it would be a 1/2 hour wait. Time passed and passed until we were waiting for 2 1/2 hours. Each time we called, the dispatcher lied to us about our van - he was almost there, the tire was flat, he was dropping off a passenger and would be there in 10 minutes and on and on. When we threatened to rent a car and bill Supertrans a van finally arrived. That driver said he had no information about us and we were not on his list!
We did not get home until 5 hours later. I will never use Supertrans again.

Provided by YP.comDon't use Super Trans unless you feel like waiting THREE hours at JFK for the shuttle to pick you up! The trip to JFK from Philadelphia was long - many stops - but bearable, and the driver told me to call after clearing customs on the way home and they would pick me up within 1/2 hour - 1 hour at most. My wife called the day before to confirm and they told her the same thing. However, when I called at 12:45 p.m.--after a 20 hour flight from Johannesburg--they told me they couldn't pick me up until 4:00 p.m.!!!! I wasn't prepared to wait 3 hours to begin the ride home, so I ended up paying $250 to take a private cab. They weren't even apologetic, and had an unconcerned take it or leave it attitude: although we called to complain and left our number, for example, they didn't even bother to call back. If they weren't going to be able to pick me up until THREE hours after my arrival, why couldn't they just have told my wife that the day before; she certainly would have driven to JFK if she'd known I would have to wait so long or pay $250 to get home!!! They don't care about customer service at all - avoid this company unless you enjoy dealing with a company that doesn't care about its customers and will leave you stranded for 3 hours at the airport...
