They are wreck chasers and violating every ordinance of the city of philly with regard to towing: 1) towed car without authorization 2) charged fees well above the city stated rates 3) refused to accept credit card payment demanding only cash. Additionally, they are completely unprofessional and resort to intimidation tactics and techniques to hold your car hostage.

I had a car accident on city line Avenue about a month ago and The guy from superior automotive took care of me .
And they was helpful and they towed my car and make sure I arrived home safely to my family .
