Don't bother shopping in store. Customer service is awful. I waited 20 minutes for salesgirl to finish with what sounded like a personal call. Once I was finally acknowledged I was treated as if I was bothering her! To the snotty salesgirl with the red hair... I will not be back in your store... EVER!!!

What a bunch of cheap jewelry, sold by incompetent girls!! My $700.00 necklace broke during fist wear and still waiting for replacement 2 months later!! I used to love this store when it first opened in 2012... will be taking my business elsewhere! What happened to the original store staff? what a loss!!! Over the next week I went as far as to contact the District manager trying to get my necklace back. I have not heard a word. Not even a response acknowledging my situation! What a disappointment! If I could return the piece of junk I spent a good amount of money on I would but the rude manager basically laughed at me when I asked about getting a refund for the inferior product and trouble I have been going through trying to wear a $700.00 necklace! Be very careful when buying here!!! Jewelry is clearly made very cheaply and not backed by the company!!!

Have been shopping at this store since last summer... Suddenly the staff and vibe is totally different and not in a good way. Trashy, pushy salesgirls that are pushy and overbearing walking around like they are better than me? Merchandise is displayed very sloppy throughout the store. No longer enjoyable to shop as I feel like I was only seen as $$$ rather than a person!!!
