I had my rugs done on Nov. 20,2011 and had them use a chemical for pet urine under my dining room table which cost me an extra $70.00 dollars, when the rugs were done there was an odor which I thought would evaporate after it dried but it has gotten worse. I called the company and they said there was no guarantee for the urine treatment so now I am stuck with a rug that DID NOT smell before the cleaning and I have to find another solution for the odor or Pay to have it done again!!! I am very disappointed and won't call them again, my total bill for the rugs and upholstery cleaning ,(which I was happy with) was $360.00 dollars. Marie Perez
