Hours are posted on the door as you walk in and out. I marked the order to be ready on Saturday. When the gentleman came in to pick it up I told him it wasn't ready and I would have our guy cut the hole. You came in screaming and being rude so I offered you a refund if you didn't want to wait. The door was ready within 20 mins. I had apologized for the delay to both you and the gentleman that was with you. Even after he cursed at me.

Order door.. on Friday at 10am...was told open at 7...got there 730 not open...when open was inform door was not ready. Customer service rep discounted me as a customer,my time ,my contractors time...she advise me of their schedule....their cutter not coming in.....every excuse and said it like it doesn't matter that my contractor charges hourly....I can refund your money she says,������������,You would think for all the commercial stores,she would be more perceptive to the situation Not����,I apologize to your contractor she say as if he's going to take money off my bill
