Thanks, I took my Emachine laptop with virus to them, and got back next day, only cost me $69, I checked with Bestbuy first, they ask for about $ 200. I will recommend this company to anyone need service

I dropped my tower off the first week in december the guy said I had no power to my tower so he advised that he needed to order a power supply to get power to my tower to see if there were any more issues besides that so it took 4 wks for him to receive the part due to be being on back order which is ridiculous because I called the maker of my tower they advised to me that it wasn't on backorder and if I was to order it right now I would receive in 3 business days. So Fred finally receives the power supply then he tells me that the part he received is defective now he has to send it back and that could take up to another 2 weeks by this tine I'm so upset. So I asked him where he was ordering the part from and if I could see the invoice he got all defensive and said I don't have to show you anything excuse me so that told me that he didn't order the part from the manufacter of my cpu. So 1 week goes by I call him to ask if my tower was ready he says well I never sent the part back yet. So I'm flaming inside because I need for cpu for school and work so I told him put my power supply back into my tower I'll be there to pick it up. So now I'm out of $50.00 for him "working" on my cpu. People do not go there I do not recommend it he gives you the run around your better off going to the geek squad that what's I did. I'm not referring anyone to go there it's been over a month and my cpu still wasn't fixed!!! Two thunbs way down!!!!
