very disappointed. I and my husband were in 08/26/16 to sign up for medicare lady was reassure us that everything will be ok and we don't have to come anymore, but i decided to come today , nothing was in the system but what more more upset me that I spoke to representative Alex refused to give her last name was very rude and has no knowledge about Medicare and was not willing to help person like her should never work with customer . I requested to speak to another person who knows about Medicare i stayed in line again to get an answer and sigh for Medicare another person was more helpful, but as i mention before Alex with her manner should never work in government place like Sosial security . Please take this to consideration so nobody else will experience this problem, Thank you Lana Genkil
