They will not see you unless you have an appointment even if your pet is sick. I was told to go to an animal hospital if I wanted my pet looked at, that it was POLICY that I needed an appointment. How is someone supposed to know when their pet will be sick isn't that why you take them there? I took three of my pets there , I will never go back!! BTW... The day they would not see my Emily, she passed away that night . Be smart ask what their policies are.
