This is the owner of the laundromat. In regards to the last two reviews. Several years ago we were having an intermittent problem with our water heater. But since no one could figure out what was causing the problems the whole system was replaced several years ago. To the lady who brought her clothing in for us to wash & fold it for her. I don't know when this occurred but I ask you for a second chance, and if you do come in please tell the attendant you are here because of this review. I will make sure you are happy. Please keep in mind today all major manufacturers of soap formulated their soap to work in cold water if you choose to use cold water to wash your clothes. They have been doing this for many years now. Cold water has been proven to be better for your clothing. Also by using coldwater this reduces your carbon footprint because there's no energy being wasted to heat the water. This is better for our atmosphere since it's less polluting.
In regards to us charging $20 for 2 pounds. This is not true. We only charge a dollar per pound with a 10 pound minimum. We always do use soap but if you do have sensitive skin we incourege you to bring us the soap of your choice for your sensitive skin, only you know what soap will not irritate your skin.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star I've brought my cloths here to get washa nd folded 3times because I don't really have the time dealing with two kids And not having a laundry mat first time was ok but then they started washing my clothes with NO SOAP!!! and when I asked them why don't my clothes look clean they told me they use sensitive SOAP then told me I could bring my own SOAP for them to use! If that was the case why don't they let people with sensitive skin bring their own? And they are extremely expensive 20bucks for 2pounds! I could wash and dry that for 8bucks!!! Don't come here they will take your money and give u back rinsed Clothes!!!

never any warm or hot water. asked the clerk about that. the boiler is broken and the owner seems to think clothes get just as clean with cold water. scarey
