Provided by YP.com... and said that MAYBE the billing department would be able to take care of this my next visit, but no guarantee. She made it seem like it was my fault for scheduling an appointment with the wrong doctor. When I explained that the office contacted ME and I asked for a specific doctor but was told I was being scheduled with another doctor that I assumed was another surgeon she smirked. That was when I noticed that she was the one who called me.
