My garage door springs broke and the door was to heavy to lift open. I contacted many dealers no one was able to service the door for nearly a week. When I called Applegate it was a Friday and they would be a few days out but they were willing to send out a technician to open the door so I could access my vehicle until they could make the repairs. They called several times to confirm the time and date. Very professional and nice~ I will recommend Applegate and use them in the future.

I couldn't get my remote control to work the Garage Door Opener, so I made a trip to Philomath. They showed me how to check the programming and make the necessary changes. I was able to follow the directions. IT WORKED! I would definately recommend Applegate Door to everyone. No Service Call, No Charge!

Took forever, creepy fred flinstone guy worked on my door. Didn't like leaving him alone with my stuff. Didn't like being around him more. Gave me the willies.
