Provided by YP.comOMG, Kathy worked tirelessly on my trip until every detail was perfect! She patiently listened to what I wanted to do, where I wanted to go, how much money I wanted to spend and how to make it all work within my time-frame. She then made many calls and sent many emails. She found the best tours/tour companies and at better prices than I found on-line. Once the planning was complete she sent travel tips and local customs to the places I was headed. She evened followed up with me during the trip to see if the accommodations and tours were as advertised and to see if everything was running smoothly. Honestly, Kathy provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!! I’d totally use her again to book another adventure.
