It has been 8 weeks since I first had this company come out to fix a ceiling fan and doorbell. 4 weeks later I called and was told, "parts are on backorder", they were putting in a new ceiling fan..home depot has a ton of them. 7.5 weeks later they scheduled an appointment with me to do the work, they never called and never showed up at the scheduled time. Called again, the technician came out, they had ordered a ceiling fan with the wrong sized blades, wrong color, and no light kit! How can anyone screw that one up! The doorbell is not fixed as the tech did not want to go into the attic because of the heat. Ok, it is Az and I get that however, the transformer he wanted to replace was behind the door and not in the attic. I told the tech this twice, he thanked me but never looked. So, 8 weeks later, they have my money, I have no fan or doorbell and have had to take 2 days off of work 1 so they could "troubleshoot" one for a noshow and no call and if they want me to take another day off work I want a check from them for a days pay. Stay away from this company, they are flaky at best and their technicians do not seem to know what they are doing. Nathan will give you every excuse and when he cannot come up with a good excuse he just says, "I don't know".
