I had the best buying experience ever last week. I change cars every few years and have been driving since the 70's so I know what I am talking about. I first dealt by phone and internet with Kelly, my salesperson was Michael Schwarz, and the finance guy was Mr. Watson. The car I bought was as advertised and I easily negotiated the price down to be competitive with a Craigslist private sale I was going to buy. My total time spent in the dealership from arrival to driving off was less than 90 minutes. Michael offered to help my ferry my wife's car back to the East Valley which took almost 2 hours, all time he could have been on the sales floor!

Yes, I was offered the service contract but I declined it and no pressure to buy it. I would buy my next car here.
