Provided by YP.comThis place is terrible, they submitted my claim wrong, and after I gave them my correct information they still sent me to collections. If you can't get the simple insurance part right, you shouldn't even be in business. There are so many dentists out there, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!!
