Atmosphere was very kid-friendly. My children were excited when they walked through the door. Staff was professional and friendly. They all seemed to be in good moods, which can be rare in any healthcare place these days. My kids were very happy and they enjoyed going to the dentist so I am a happy mother.

I have three daughters and we have visited the Phoenix location twice now. The first time my youngest (2) would not really let them do anything, but they were nice and did not pressure her or me into making it happen that visit. 6 months later the three girls went in for the check-ups and the youngest (3 now) let them take xrays, polish and 'count' her teeth. :) All three kids have had great experiences so far. Would recommend this for kids worried about the dentist for sure.

What an excellent dentist. The office staff is very professional and helpful especially with scheduling and reminders. I recommend this dentist to all my friends who have children.

Kidzaam has been my daughter's dentist for 5 years and the service has remained at a high level. The front desk staff is pleasant and courteous, the atmosphere is fun and welcoming, the hygienists are friendly and the doctor takes time to explain and provide recommendations. My daughter is happy that she can continue seeing Kidzaam until she is 18 and looks forward to going to the dentist!

We have been satisfied with the Dr.'s @ Kidzaam. The major downfall is their lack of scheduling ability. They are scheduling 6 months out for cleanings. My 2 children were due for cleanings 2nd week in Sept and I had to cancel. They could not get them back on the schedule until April. Whatever happened to catering to your patients>

I have never been so impressed with a dental office before. When taking my children to this office (and I have 5), my very first impression was great. They not only greeted me, but also talked to the children. The front office was awesome. They have turtles and frogs that they invited the kids to come back and see. They take pictures of the kids first visit and send them home with one. By the time it was their turn to go back, they were already comfortable. Then once in the back, the girls were just as pleasant. Very friendly and would talk to the kids like kids, not like grown-ups. Dr. Higgins was the Dr. they saw. He was so soft spoken and gentle. I have never ever felt more comfortable releasing my children into someones care. Way to go Kidzaam!!! and thank you.
