Allena (Customer services representative) for Alliance residential Company is probably the laziest and least helpful person I have ever come across in my entire life. I called her 4 times on different occasions and left voice messages. Finally she called me back but she was very rude. Allena was referring me agian and again leasing papers which I signed on the night when we moved to the apartment back in August 2017.

Her attitude was like that check your leasing paper it is clearly written on page # 16,rule 39 section 15 and read clauses (c) and (d). She tried only absolute minimum efforts to answer my queries as she has no customer service skills.

She told me that I am being charged $265 for sanitizing of carpet and apartment cleaning and $1900 for the 15 days rent @ 3800 a month for two bedroom apartment.

Allena (who is incompetent and unprofessional) promised that she will look into my account again and get back to me and then she hung up.

Now since then I am waiting for a call, even after waiting 4 days I called and left a message in her voice mail. Although that dollar amount is not only too much for me but it's a matter of principle also. I would not be surprised if someone suit them in small claim court and I am also considering that option.

I did not have a car for about a month and the girls were kind enough to see that I got to where I needed to go. Work orders are completed in 24 to 48 hrs. The deck rennovations were kind of chaotic but well worth it. Light in the apts was increased by 50% and my dog can see out now and scrares the bajeebees out of those that walk by. :) Well, that's it for 2014. Will review again at the close of 2015.
