The service/quality is fine, but some of the service staff can be rude -- imagine one saying to your face that you are "not nice", just because I complained before on the ironing quality on some of my men's shirts. The girl said that they just tag the items to send them off for service, and don't do the jobs in-house. But does that mean customers don't have the right to complain about ironing quality that is not to their standards? Maybe she doesn't understand how business works -- don't take it personally. Besides, you are in the business of laundry -- doing the job in-house or outsourcing it, is not the issue. It is not of the customers' concern anymore.

It is well worth the drive because tha savings are substantial. The staff is very nice as well.
