For the best all around value, service & price this place is my favorite. Friendly staff and sales prices that rival internet prices make this my favorite spot to shop. I looked long and hard for a pair of high end dirt bike boots, instead of being turned off by my willingness to shop price they simply said here is our price - go shop it anywhere including the internet which I did and no one came close. Consequently I have been shopping there ever since.

I have tried every Honda dealer in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area with dismal and sometimes scarey results. The only exception to this poor representation of Honda dealers is Apache at 3618 where I have now, through the service manager Troy, received exceptional service - and with six services on my two bikes always ridden away confident that the work has been properly done by this service-orientated dealer, and in particular, Troy.Parts department is only rated three stars.

My bike was acting weird and the handle bars were shaking so much that I thought I ought to have it checked out. I went to several dealerships, and they couldn't find out how to stop it! I stopped by Apache and the mechanics found the issue and fixed it up in a jiffy. The bike rides like it use to thanks to Apache. Great service, good work!

Great place to get parts. Apache just about always has the parts I need and when theydon't, they order them and get them to me as soon as possible. Recently I needed arekluse clutch for my KTM and they didn't have it at the time, but they got it in quick andgave me a good deal on it too. They even sent me a e-mail when the part came in.

Provided by YP.comI was brand new rider when I walked into Apache. I was greeted, assisted, and guided through the process of owning a motorcycle. I walked into the store and the guy at the counter greeted me and finished with his customer and made his way to me. I told him I was a new rider and I was looking for a helmet. He explained every detail about a good quality helmet, pricing, safety, and style. He even took his time to go in the back and bring out several helmets I could try on. It was very thoughtful of him, because I wanted to make sure I ordered the correct size. I am very aware of the dangers of riding a motorcycle. In fact I was so scared that I let people steer me away from wanting one. Since then, with the help of Apache, I am now more aware about safety, motorcycle licenses, protective gear, insurance, driving, engines and motorcycles in general than ever before. I am so grateful to stopped at Apache. It was a wonderful experience and I would urge anyone who needs help with motorcycles to go there.

A few weeks ago I went to Apache Phoenix, and these guys went above and beyond for me. I went in to trade in my old bike for a Kawasaki Concourse. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the paper work for a title, so I couldn’t do the trade in. The guys at Apache did more than they were suppose to. They called up and talked to the guys at Kawasaki and got me the title I needed to get the Concourse. Not only that, but they helped me finance and pay off my old bike so I could make the trade and finally get on the bike I’ve been dreaming of. Apache Phoenix knows how to treat its customers. From now on, if I need something, I’m going to Apache.
