Two of their guys came to do carpet cleaning and suddenly one of our iPhones just went missing. A few days later the phone came online with a location 28 miles from our home and 6 miles from their office and notified us through Apple's Find iPhone service. I talked to the business owner but he was protecting his thieves and his business, even though those guys were new. We are working from home and have a baby, so we are here 24/7. The phone was in our possession until they came to clean, no one before or after the cleaning date entered our property and we never been to that area. Dumb criminals, they don't even know iPhones can be tracked! I strongly recommend that you chose another provider and keep your home safe from these thugs. Just filed police report and will take them to court.

All I have to say is WOW... Talk about the worst customer experience EVER!!! I received a carpet cleaning voucher from my apartment complex for renewing my least and tried for an ENTIRE WEEK to get a hold of Arizona Carpet Care and they never returned my call to schedule the appointment. I ended up having to call their emergency hotline to actually speak to a live person who promised I would get a call back which I never did. I FINALLY got a hold of a rather rude lady at Arizona Carpet Care who would not work around my schedule AT ALL. The only option was a 6 hour window between Mon - Wed with no Friday or weekend appointments EVER. When I told her I had a little dog and leaving a key with the apartment manager is not an option, her response was to PUT MY DOG IN A KENNEL!!! I am a manager and work during the week so I asked if she would please schedule me the last appointment of the day and do a 3 hour window and her answer was NO!!! I immediately contacted the property manager of my apartment complex to explain the poor service I received from Arizona Carpet Care and she promised to send out another carpet cleaning company who will come on a weekend. Arizona Carpet Care HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! ONE THINGS FOR CERTAIN, IF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR, I'M POSITIVE THEIR CLEANING IS POOR AS WELL!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF THEIR SERVICES AND SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE!!!
