This has to be the most dishonest sign company in the valley. I can tell you first hand EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS A LIE! The lead salesman was chased down by "5 on your side" Investigative reporters. There is no 100 years of experience... Just 20+ years of fleecing the public. All of these other reviews are by Employees and associates of ACS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unless you want the wrong sign at the wrong time at the wrong price.

We would like to let anyone know about this company. Our experience with Arizona Commercial Signs was a very informative and good one. We had called and were given and account manager right away. They made an appointment with us within one day, came to our location, got all of our information, the representative was very knowledgeable and told us what to expect, even if we did not go with him and within two days we were signing a contract. We had several revisions and they kept an open window of communication to let us know the progress. We were informed as to what we needed to get the sign permitted and after all the permitting and scheduling was done we were notified of the install date. The representative called us at least once a week to let us know of the progress and if there were issues that may cause a delay in getting our sign up. There was one day delay, due to unforeseen circumstances, but over all we were very pleased with our sign and how we were treated.

Our experience with this sign company had some small issues with the City, which can happen to any project. However, their estimates, timeline, installation and over all customer care service, in the resolution of the issues were above and beyond. The Sales staff were very accommodating and asked all the right questions to get the proposals to us with-in a reasonable time frame. I will recommend them to family and friends, who are in need of signage.

I think the other review is way way off line.....I used this company and everything went perfect not a hitch.....on time, quality, price was excellent.I would DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.This is the BEST sign company I have dealt with and have been in business for over 20 years.

‎DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They missed our deadline by a month, after we had hired them 3 months in advance of the deadline. The total was 1/4 more than our estimate. They hung the sign higher than code, so we had to pay someone else to lower it after they refused and tried to charge us half of what we already paid. They promised us illegal lights, signs, and banners before we hired them, and then later accused us of trying to go around the city and entrapment when we asked about it. They changed our representative without notifying us, and Bill Lebowitz (serious jerk) never took our job seriously, and was was patronizing and insulting after we paid them. WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU COULD POSSIBLY HAVE!! I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THEM FOR ANYTHING AND I WOULD NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!
