The worst ever. takes threes months to any repairs. threatens and intimidate renters with false ten day notice for failure to pay rent prior to the date of the lease. Asks tenants to par for repairs. never returns calls and pretend you did not complain until you send ten days notice. then drags their feet for 6 months. Run, don't walk, away from these lairs.
