I drive my mower in from North Phoenix any time I have an issue. They are completely honest and hardly charge for the work. I drop the mower having no clue what the issue is and they repair it and charge me fraction of what the shops near my house would charge. I highly recommend their service. Love this company!!

I had to go back 4 times in one month and my lawnmower never got fixed. They charged me for an unnecessary tune-up and return my lawnmower with a broken gas cap, missing air filter housing, and the screw to hold the front wheels on. I complained to David Faas, the owner's son and vice president, He told me, "How do I know that you didn't remove the parts yourself?" He accused *me* of removing parts from my own lawnmower (which makes no sense)! Being completely dissatisfied, I demanded my money back. He refused. I told him I would report him to the Arizona BBB. He then made a face and said, "Ewww, I'm really scared!" I demanded that he at least return all the parts from my mower he removed, which he finally did. I made a formal compliant to the Better Business Bureau but have no chance of getting my money returned because David will not respond to the BBB+s repeated attempts. The BBB revoked their membership. I should have gone to a reputable business to get my lawnmower repaired.
