Auction Nation @online.auctionnation.com bought a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. Went 2 pick it up & the windshield was busted. The pictures that were posted in the ad on their site DID NOT show a broken windshield. They misrepresented the vehicle. I bought it anyway because I drove from Show low.I was pulling off their lot 3441 w. Grand & the transmission slipped & stopped shifting. A mechanic looked at it & said the transmission went out. I called the manager 602-277-0941 & told him that I was broke down a few miles up the road, & that the transmission went out. He told me that the ad posted online stated that the transmission was slipping & ready 2 go. That is a big fat lie. I told him the ad never stated anything about the transmission or the cracked windshield. This is false advertising. He said “sorry all sales are final! Nothing we can do.” I am devastated & stranded less than 2 miles from the Auction lot. This company is shady. They lie & misrepresent the condition of their vehicles.

i was one of the first one to bid and buy stuff from Auction Nation and i was very impress from it they have a very good site and they offer everything that you can imaging . last week got a garage opener for my house and i saved $200 plus from the retail price,that is with their fees and taxes.(they only charge 10% if pay cash) Scott is great and so is Gabriel the young owner. If i have a problem,they will fix it. period.

I was a major consignor at this auction house. I remain very disappointed and disgusted by the serious lack of professionalism exhibited. My items were consistently "misappropriated". Gabe Prado, one of the owners, had agreed to return a brand new video camera that his own brother had removed from the auction house. This camera was still in its factory sealed container yet the camera was allowed to be removed from the property because the brother thought it was "trash". The camera has never been returned nor paid for as agreed on. I would NOT recommend this business to any seller or buyer. I have seen store returns sold as working but were not working and no refund was offered. In my opinion, this auction house is totally untrustworthy.
