Everything from the way I was greeted when I showed up to the dealership, to the calls received after from the sales staff and service department. They were extremely friendly and answered all the questions I had. I very appreciated feeling that everyone was there just for me. This is the second new vehicle I have bought from Bell Ford. Both experiences were outstanding. I will be back for more!

Bell Ford truly treats you like one of the family. Everyone there, from my salesman to the sales manager to the finance manager, treated me extremely well. I spent more than 6 months researching cars before I ultimately purchased my new Focus, and the team at Bell Ford were by far the best dealership to work with. They are not pushy, and truly want to help you. Henry took the time out of his day to go over numbers time and time again, to help reach mutual satisfaction. At no point in the process did I feel rushed or uncomfortable with him. I have nothing but good things to say about him and the folks at Bell Ford. I live close to AutoNation Ford, and drove the extra miles to Bell Ford to get the service I needed. I will definitely return for my next car, and highly recommend others do to.

We were looking for a small new car for my wife. The gentleman we talked to was very informative and did not pressure us to make a decision. We reviewed several choices and clearly made our intent known that we would comparison shop other makes and models. We settled on a new 2014 C-max Ford Hybrid. The particular color and interior was not readily available so they searched incoming inventory and kept us informed as to the desired car's arrival. They know their cars and were most helpful in teaching us the basics of handling this new cars many electronic and other options. I have to say that we have no reservations in recommending Bell Ford to our friends. Considering that many of them have an interest in this Hybrid system we will be doing just that.

I recently test drove a 2012 Ford Mustang Convertible at this dealership. My salesman has long known of my interest in this vehicle and quickly made a test-drive possible on a recent afternoon. The results of the test-drive impressed me to go to the "next step" in the buying process, that is, to keep the Ford Mustang at the top of my list for purchase in 2013. Bell is the type of dealership that LISTENS to their customer and does not pressure you to make a choice you don't want. I enjoy talking with them about Ford vehicles.
