being unfairly harassed by my manager in more ways than one. wanting to know what i can do as an employee. my senority being ignored, being yelled at in front of other employees and customers, my hours being given to employees who haven't been employeed as long as I have, I have a very good work performance, no write ups, no complaints against myself, been employeed since last august, i find to being harassed, and unfairly treated by manager. I also feel this is a personal problem, for unknown reason. my hours are slowly being taken away, from 32 to 36 hrs a week, down to 17 hrs. no reason given, was being trained for shift manager and as of yet to be promoted, yet bringing other shift manager from other subway. two customers have even called in to compliment my work performance. i just need help in finding out what i can do about this problem. i'm unjustly being harassed and discriminated against.
