Ok, so I'm a bit of a shopper... I don't like spending more than I have to on anything. When my computer was acting up I called Best Buy to get an idea of how much it would cost to repair. They referred me online to their Geek Squad price sheet and I was shocked. The prices were so high. I eventually found another store that was half the price and turned around computers faster than the Geek Squad said they could. I can't imagine paying their prices.

This store is just down the street from me, so my husband shops there often for DVDs.

On "new DVD day", he has me call the store to see if they have a specific DVD in stock, and how much the cost is.

The customer service staff who answer the phone are always helpful. They are able to look up the DVD, tell me the cost, let me know if their store has it in stock (and how many), and always offer to reserve a copy for me.

I gave them 5 stars for not only having an excellent selection of DVDs, but also very helpful and friendly staff every time I have dealt with them (on the phone and in the store).
