Joel Parker, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist, with a special interest in Forensic Psychiatry. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Stanford University and an MD degree from Case Western Reserve University. He completed a one-year internship in Internal Medicine Residency at Mount Zion Hospital in San Francisco, CA and a three-year residency in Psychiatry at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO. He has been in Private Practice since 1992. Dr Parker accepts MHN (Healthnet), Aetna (most plans), Blue Cross (most plans), as well as private pay. We do not bill for out of network claims.
