Sent my sister flowers for her birthday. Needless to say what I ordered off the website and what she received were to drastically different things. Contacted the owner who promised me she would correct the situation. As it was Mother's Day weekend and she was overwhelmed I agreed to wait until the Monday following. No flowers have been replaced and now nobody answers the phone. It's not very often I leave a review but, I am so disgusted with the quality of flowers and customer service with this shop I had to. Buyer beware! I have provided a picture as proof. What I ordered is on the left what she received is on the right. They died within three days!!!

Tuesday was my birthday and a friend in Wisconson somehow found this florist and ordered flowers for me.Delivered on Tuesday afternoon, and DEAD by Wednesday afternoon! One look at the arrangement with the roses already way opened and half limp, the greenery was already getting brown areas on it big time. The lilies, there were 3, two were opened fully and already curling and browning, one wasn't opened. 24 hours later, and kept in a lovely cool room with no drafts, the roses which didn't have stem wires in them, were completely drooped with their heads totally bent and leaves wrinkled and shriveled., the greenery was browned and getting crispy.. I tossed the roses and the two lilies, and the greenery...so that left me with two carnations, and one Lily.. PATHETIC excuse for flowers.. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIsT unless you like paying for dead flowers. very disappointed. I told my friends to please not send me flowers any more.. they really can't afford to, no less waste the money on the likes of bad florists. FTD needs to remove this florist from their name! And didn't even enclose a card, just a scrap of paper with a computer print out... VERY CHEESY and low class.

Ordered from FTD and paid $80 for the BEST order for an arrangement out of GOOD, BETTER, AND BEST. Got 13 flowers and a whole lot of green. I told the woman making the delivery this is not what I ordered. She did not care. The picture on the FDT website showed 30 + flowers facing the camera for the GOOD, MORE FLOWERS FOR THE BETTER AND A VERY FULL ARRANGEMENT FOR THE BEST. I paid for the BEST. Called FTD and sent the picture of the arrangement received to a supervisor. It did not have the arrangement card with sentiment of who from but did have a half torn page from a printer saying what was supposed to be on the flower card. Told FTD I wanted the flowers picked up and a refund. They said they had sent a message to the florist. I have ordered from FTD in the past and these are the worst flower arrangement. Have had good experiences with other florist. I suggested that they no longer use this florist. (when you order online FTD you don't get to choose the florist). I will call directly to a florist shop I know who do quality work and place orders in the future. I to would not even give this florist a 1 star rating. If they do not make this right I will call 3 ON YOUR SIDE and send them the picture of what I got and what was suppose to be sent. I want my refund. They can have these flowers.

I work in customer service, so I know that a majority of people that take the time to write reviews only do so when upset. This, is one of those instances. If I could rate this place 0 Stars, I certainly would. 2 out of 3 of my orders were not delivered. The best part is that 2 of the orders were going to the same location, but only one bouquet showed up! When I called a few days later, I was told that I was wrong and that "all of the orders have been delivered," and that "maybe there's something wrong with the recipient's address." Unless I ordered a special brand of invisible flowers, I assured the woman that two of the three bouquets never showed up. Giving her my order number was useless, as she told me she wouldn't be able to find my order in their system that way. She asked for the addresses and told me she would have the flowers delivered the next day. When I told her one of the orders was to go to Mesa, she told me they don't deliver to Mesa! This was not an issue when I initially ordered and they took my money. So, I asked for a refund for one bouquet and was told the other would be delivered tomorrow. She said my refund would be in my account in 2 business days. 5 days later I called again: no refund, and still no flowers. The same woman then told me that a lady in a truck came to their store and picked up my check?! I don't drive a truck, and I was never told to come pick up a check. She argued this with me for about 5 minutes before finally agreeing to give me a refund after I told her that it's not my problem that she gave money to someone without confirming any info with them nor recording their name, much less. By the way, the total cost wasn't even the correct amount they charged to my account, so if you do try your luck with this joke of a company, check your bank account about a week after "delivery." I'll be notifyin FTD Florists of this vendor's incompetence.
