The owner is the one operating the business, so you can tell he has an invested interest in it. The service is just phenomenal. It is also very clean and inviting. The water tastes so much better than the water I get from other window machines, and it's a plus that I can get my favorite ice cream cone while I'm there. Really, a first class experience.
