The community is self managed by the HOA board of directors. The community is in financial hardship due the gross negligence of the board to maintain a management company to properly keep up the community. The community is almost in complete disrepair with amenities not available to residents, broken gates, 20+ year old paint that's flaking, peeling, and patched over with discoloring paint, overgrown deteriorated landscaping. The board continues to make excuses while its operates annually in a deficit.
