The ignition was locked up on my 03 Impala,my insurance company sent Charity towing out. They were here about 20 minutes after the text was sent. The tow truck driver was so nice!!! Very professional and very personable!! Promptness and personality,and on Christmas Eve!!! Highly recommend this business

I wish that I could give them ZERO starts. They lie, and lie and lie. We called and the person on the phone was very rude, like she did NOT understand why we were calling. We needed a tow, and we were told that it would be 45 min before someone got here. ( totally understandable ) We never received a confirmation, or a phone call, or even a text message ( Confirming ) We ended up waiting very patiently for over an hour and a half... (keep in mind its during the hottest part of the day 4PM) We were waiting outside (RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAR, because we had no where else to go, everything was far away, and then we decided to call them again to see where this tow truck was. The person that we spoke with said that the tow truck driver called and said no one was there. ( SUCH A LIE, WE WERE SITTING ON THE CURB RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAR THE ENTIRE TIME. )

Big fat liars they are. Shotty work and charged me big money. For fix a cable and brakes and broke down in 5 hrs so sad

These guys do shoddy work, take shortcuts at every opportunity, make promises they have no intention of keeping, and do not stand behind their work. They repaired my transmission. It broke down less tan 24-hours later. Even though they promised a 3 year warranty, did not honor their word. Wish I could give NO STARS.

Do not use this company. They took from 5pm to 7pm to show up. Then when they finally showed up it took them another 3 hours to take the vehicle to my house. Who knows what damages they did during those 3 hrs. The employee broke the emergency breaks. He had my moms truck in Mid Air teeter toting from the top of his towing bed!! They dropped the van and it bounced several times up and down from up high. The employee said they would cover the damages and wrote up on invoice admitting he did damages. I called the owner of Charity's Towing and he said he was not going to pay for any damages done from by his employee. It was a nightmare! This company has towing trucks in Tucson but there corp office is in Phoenix.
