Just got back from there and I told them its a brand new car I expect no damage. We did a walk around then I see one of there people open my door right into a garbage can and they tried to hide it from me. I walked over and asked whats going on and they said nothing. I went to the manager and he told me that he doesnt think that was from them and proceeded to be very rude and told me he was going to call the cops.. I told him I would love that because they would love to know whats going on. Of course he never did however I purchased the wax and tire shine I purchased the VIP carwash and as soon as it was dried all the way he told me to get out and kept my money. BEWARE IF YOU GO HERE!!

The owner was incredibly rude to me. My wife had an issue with his place so I called to complain and not only did he did not seem to care, he was actually dismissive. When I said that my last resort was writing an online review of my experience, he started screaming "YOU DON'T THREATEN ME!! DON'T YOU EVER THREATEN ME!!!!". I won't ever be back of course, and I make it a point to let others know of his outrageous behavior.

I purchased a pre-paid detail for $60 December of last year which expired in 6 months. I went today to redeem it, but since the expiration date was 9 days ago, they refused to honor it. The owner of the car wash would not make an exception. This is bad customer service, bad business (he lost me and now several of my colleagues as customers), and unethical. There are many reputable car wash companies in the Valley, so I would steer clear of Metro Car Wash in the Metro Center in Phoenix.
