I visited your 19th Ave and Peoria store today around 12:00 for lunch. I ordered the special for today, Tuesday, April 15th. I ordered the 2-piece TUESDAY. After I placed my order of 2-piece chicken and Jalepeno Bombers. I asked for Ranch Dressing to dip my Bombers. I was told that I only give those out to orders for "chicken." I was then ignored to assist other customers as I stood at the counter requesting ranch dressing. I was told no by not only the employee at the counter who could barely speak English. whose name I believe is "Miguel" (at least that is what it says on my receipt) but also by the manager who acted as if he could not understand what language I was speaking. I left the restaurant frustrated, angry and upset that I took the time to visit YOUR restaurant during MY lunch hour and was not completely satisfied with my visit.

Next time I would rather travel to "Popeyes " chicken down to 67th Ave & Peoria, (out of my way) because at least I know there I'll get Ranch dressing without being charged with my order, and the service is great. It might be out of my way to get there, but the way that they treat customers and employess doesn't and hasn't offended me for the past 6 years or more since I've been going there.
