This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DOCTORS OFFICE. First, no one could confirm my appointment 2 times in a row! they were rude about it, even though i had my appointment card proving i had an appointment that day. When i went to get my well womans exam there were more than enough nurses in the room. I didnt know why they were crammed in the small room when my OBGYN was a woman anyway. I stated POLITELY that i was uncomfortable. The nurse practitioner asked where i had my exams done before, then she said "Ok, well go back there then if thats what you prefer, dont question me!" Stunned, i asked why she was being so rude and she said "this exam is over, you are not welcomed here anymore, leave." Flaberghasted, i began to cry and demand a manager. She said she was the only boss there, ripped off my lap cover and told me to get dressed and go! I noticed how rude they were to a few african american patients and asked if it was a race issue and in spanish she said "stupid black girl" She did not know i knew spanish. I will never go there again! They were disrespectful, unprofessional and RUDE! I got angry and asked for a manager and they refused! Never go here unless you want to wait 1.5 hours passed your scheduled time and be disrespected! Minus 5 stars (-5)!!!
