FUTURE EMPLOYEES BEWARE!!!! My husband And I moved from Syracuse New York. My husband worked for the company when it was Payless Aquarium several years ago, When we made the transition to Mesa Arizona he contacted Vicky Mineo Owner of Animal Kingdom a division of Great Western. My husband took a job as a sales associate, Thier were major internal problems with the store manager Steve and the assistant Cheral, by this I mean theft by the managers stealing from the employees. He did try to talk with Vicky but was told to call the District ManagerheI did as he was told called Andy the DM told him what he thought was theft the very next day he was fired. I really think it's funny in a way because their is also store theft by managers! Not my problem!!! If this a place you still wish to work at keep this in mind. They will offer hourly pay plus commission but you will never see any commission because as long as you are training they will take every sale you make on a pup. Training is and was said to be 30 days. There are people that have been employed for 3+ months and still have not received commission. But what you do sell will be split up by the managers. Be cautious only people who have been employed a long time are the one who are stealing. And it should be a negative star but I want the word out
