Provided by YP.comI was a bit surprised on some of the labor charges, for instance, To install a thermostat was $146.00 and I had a new radiator installed. It cost more that the radiator's labor. I'm not happy about that!

Provided by YP.comCommunity Tire Pros and Auto Repair sets the standard for vehicle repair shops who make a conscious choice to use transparent business practices (i.e. clear, honest, straight-forward communication) to build a lifelong relationship w/their customers. You sense this in everything they do. I have taken my vehicle to two different Community Tire locations, for oil changes and follow-up routine repairs, and was impressed with the service I received at both. Community Tire Pros and Auto Repair sets themselves apart from other repair shops in several ways. First of all, they offer competitive pricing on all maintenance services, and even offer a FREE oil change on your birthday. If, while performing a routine maintenance service, they notice other repairs are needed on your vehicle, they bring those to your attention in a professional way, using non-technical language. Let me be clear: This is a discussion, and NOT a patronizing lecture...as is the case in many automotive repair shops. They are upfront with pricing for any additional recommended repairs. Without being "pushy", they drew up a plan to complete the repairs they recommended over time, taking into account my budget as well as safety. As a woman, I appreciate that they don't resort to "scare tactics" to meet their bottom line. They just create a sensible repair schedule, which can be addressed over time. Secondly, their waiting areas rock! Seriously. They are clean, comfortable, have fresh coffee, and are beautifully decorated. There is a television to help pass the time, but as a business professional who can't afford to be offline for very long, I appreciate the free, fast wi-fi. I actually close deals while waiting in the lounge. I get so into what I'm doing that I'm not ready to leave...even when the repairs are complete. Before they sent me on my way, they gave me MORE free stuff...$100 coupons good toward towing services, and which can supplement my current towing coverage policy. Last I heard, they had a free app to further ensure the safety of their customers should any of their vehicles break down. Community Tire Pros and Auto Repair thinks of everything. Really. Everything. I can't recommend them enough! Mari C. Phoenix, AZ
