The care was great. The office responsive. We were informed by email on 2/20/12 that our account had been sold to another pool company as of the 1st of the month. I had called the office on the 14th with a message for our serviceman. Was not told that he went to the new company and never received the message. Have not been contacted by the new company. Am now looking for a new pool service company.

No matter what goes wrong with my pool or whatever question I may have, Complete Pool Care is quick to respond, come to the house to fix whatever and they follow up on the service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I feel lucky to have found them. Special thanks to Javier, Mary, Gary and Andy .

We recently had our pool pump go out due to an electrical problem. The staff @Complete Pool Care quickly found an electrician to come out and run a new line to the pool equipment and install a new pump.We were so surprised (and pleased) that the problem was taken care of so quickly!Our pool is now in perfect working order once again and just in time for out weekend party!We highly recommend Complete Pool Care!!

My pool filter split apart overnight and when I called Complete Pool in the morning they were out by that afternoon and replace it. They got my pool up and running the same day I called - very impressive.Mrs. Tina Mankin
