Having a company that makes sure that every driver that trasports a child has had the proper background checks and cameras in every vehicle makes me a lot more comfortable with my 7 year old being transported.

Comtrans sucks. They pick and choose when to pick and drop off people. The way the route the routes for the drivers is totally way out there. They never take responsibility for there screw ups instead they wanna blame the other person there's been a number of times where they have sent a confirmation email to my case manager and never put me in the computer. They took me to work today and then failed to show up at 9pm in Chandler where I work to take me to Queen Creek. I have talked to a number of managers supervisors for this company and they never listen. Honestly I think alot of people that work for this company aren't with it. Although there are some drivers that are pretty sweet but unfortunately when someone screws up then it rolls down to the drivers... this company needs to really be put out of business...
