The isnpection report has enabled me to keep a better grip on the rehab job as we have progressed. It has become my bible, so to speak, and I don`t know what we would do without it.

Greg was fantastic! He was super thorough with his inspection and was fairly priced. He particularly paid attention to safety issues and energy efficiency, which I really appreciated. He also explained everything really well. All in all, I highly recommend Greg for anyone's home inspection needs.

Greg answered the phone on a Sunday morning during his Christmas vacation and was available the following day! Him and his staff came out earlier than the appointment time and was already starting on the outside inspection when I got to the house. He is the most detailed inspector I have ever met. In fact he pointed out a loose roof tile on his report, that same tile just fell off this morning. His reports are just as detailed after his final inspection recommendation, I'm really surprised he remembers so much. I also used the sewer cam he had, and it was worth it!
