Oil change, checked on tire sensors, and was offered free wash as well as free beverage. Was informed of tire that could not be repaired and given price of replacement of tire. Overall Great customer service and very informative.

Erik is an awesome service writer. He was swamped with customers this am when I came in and with patience and great customer service he was able to handle and manage all customer without incident. He was even able to assist me with my vehicle and help me with quotes on another vehicle that needs service. Erik should be highly appreciated, as I know his customers truly appreciate his work ethic, great customer service and awesome attitude.

I had to get my water pump repaired after only 3 months, and had some complaints about my first experience. My air condition was not cooling after services when brought in the first time, but was cooling when I brought in. My shift light was working when I first brought in, but was not working when left. Erik and mechanic confirmed was not them, but it happened while here. I had to repay for Freon at another place to add and it is still working. This is my second time bringing vehicle in.Erik seemed a little annoyed with me, and I hope it is not because I brought in a 1997 old vehicle compared to the new ones around. I am currently looking for another vehicle but a little discourage with the service wait today from 8:30 a.m. to Noonish. I'm hoping someone will contact me and assist me with a smoking deal on a new vehicle if I want to purchase from this department due to the wait time, problems still on my vehicle after spending over $1, 600. Even thought I have an old vehicle I expect the same courteous and others.Thank you.
