Rick Andrade was my service advisor. Very talkative. Very pleasant. Flor was very nice and pleasant. Estimate of wait time is always too short. This time I was told it would take 45 minutes and it took twice that long.

excellent service from start to finish. Work was covered under warranty. Van Chevrolet told me that it was not going to be covered when I called them. I hung up the phone and called Courtesy Chevrolet and they were able to tell me it was covered within 2 minutes of speaking with them.

rick andredes was the service provider. he was very helpful and explained all that was wrong with the car with estimates to repair. he was able to get me in without an appointment. very appreciative!

Andy was and is fantastic, it took however several trips to finally find the quirky problem caused by another firm. The mechanics were at first stumped however they didn't give up until they finally found thr problem
