I would advise her NOT to ever use this company. They have numerous information on their website that is incorrect when it comes to feral cats. They also use inhumane methods to trap. A franchise of theirs in Virginia was convicted of animal abuse to feral cats. All 50 states have laws to protect feral cats. They also say that feral cats have caused an enormous problem in the eco system, but they cannot give you any figures to prove such a thing. I practice T/N/R and manage numerous Feeding Sations around the Valley. I have been practicing T/N/R for over 7 years. I am a volunteer with a non profit agency that helps protect these feral cats through T/N/R, which is the only proven method that does help reduce our feral cat problem. What Critter Control promotes is killing. which has proved over the past 30 years NOT to work infact it increases the number of cats. Because killing can never control the new abandoned kiitties. We as volunteers are making a positive impact on the cats and the commnity.. We get them neutered, we vaccinate them, we provide food and we monitor them daily for any diseases or new cats, which we then humanely trap and neuter, so we CAN control this problem and make the numbers come down, but only if the public is educated about it and allows us to instead of damaging it.
