Provided by YPmobileI ordered an oreo brownie earth quake in a chocolate coated waffle bowl with extra oreo. The cashier asked and stated some cheesequake thing, even after I corrected her each time. Finally got the order right at 2:17pm on October 5th, today. Get my to-go order, and it's not really "to-go" so she had to fix it. Then stated she tried to make my earth quake look like my purse with the marshmallow and chocolate syrup (zebra print.) Thought it was a cute gesture, and went home to start dinner with my boyfriend. Mind you the reason we went to DQ was because we had a bad shopping day and wanted a treat on our way to our home. We get home, and mt ice cream is, as expected, melting. So I start eating it and come to realize I ordered an oreo brownie earthquake... that had no brownies in it? So before jumping to conclusions, I called the store and confirmed what goes on my sundae. Two triangular pieces of brownies, that I never got. Well this woman told me to come in WHENEVER I GOT THE CHANCE, took my name, asked me to bring only my receipt with me. My boyfriend and I had forgotten to pick something up at Wal-Mart, so figured we would go there and stop by DQ again on our way back. Boy do I wish that never happened. I walk into their wet-dog scented facility and approach the woman at the counter with my issue. She seemed to be okay with the fact a mistake was made. I as a fast food industry employee know that one, the customer's always right, and two, employees space things, it happens. Well as she's across the counter by the drive thru window, she loudly informs me that next time I need to bring in my ice cream since I came in at 3:44pm that same day, it wasn't too long ago, that way they can prove there was a mistake made, because her employee assures her that she put the brownies in my sundae. Then explains, still across the whole counter loudly, that she shouldn't even be remaking this for me. I was absolutely humiliated, being called a liar, having an employee tell me one thing and another employee just belittle me because I did not receive brownies that probably cost a dollar if that to their company. And I'm sorry. Ice cream is not my first priority, but if I spend my money, I want it made right, and if your employees are too busy trying to match my sundae with my purse to remember the most expensive part of my sundae, then something is wrong. I do not recommend this DQ location, because if your order is wrong, be prepared to keep your melted ice cream with you until you make it back to the store, because they will humiliate and degrade you. I stormed out of the store, and I'm still, and 11:22pm, suffering from embarrassment. And by the way, I left before this rude, inconsiderate employee finished making my order.
