A lot of infestation in this complex! Security is really bad! Gate is always open, anyone can just easily come in and out. If I were you guys stay out of this apartment complex! HORRIBLE PLACE EVER! BELIEVE ME BECAUSE I LIVED IN FOR MONTHS AND HATED IT!!!!!!

I have lived at Deer Valley Regency Apts for 2 years now and I have had no problems (with the exception of a few Maint issues) and even those were taken care of within 24 hours, one was my own fault (ummm, clogged toilet!) the others were just lights and normal stuff. They changed the Mgr and Maint Supv about 6 months ago and they are always both really friendly and seem to care about the Apt complex and the people who live here a lot more then the previous staff. I just recently signed a new 1 year lease and I thought for sure my rent would go up and it didn't (thank God :) I live close to Happy Valley rd and every store you can imagine is there and plenty of places to eat, not to mention living close to I-17 and the 101. I will admit that my job is a little far (Downtown) but is so worth it, I love not having to live in the middle of Phoenix! Anyway, just wanted to give my Apt complex some props for making where I live, a great place to live :)
