Provided by YPmobileThis is the shop replying to the previous rating. He brought parts we painted them he was very satisfied. When installing them on his bike, he over tightened the screws causing the paint to twist off around mounting holes. He came back and demanded we fix a defected part which had nothing to do with us, it was installer who damaged.

Provided by YP.comThe worst business I have ever experienced. No matter what paint job you need, avoid this paint shop. It's filthy, the owner has serious personal and health problems, he is unreliable and a liar. It's also next to a stone cutting/grinding shop...What kind of paint job can you get? Read my story below (much summarized) if you are interested.
I dropped four small motorcycle parts to color match my bike. The owner said they would be ready by the end of the day. But let me tell you what that ended up being...
A after a week of working on it and fetching the paint and basically after paying him in advance, Denny showed me the parts, which were "two tones two dark" (as he said it). Also, he painted the one part that had no defects and I left as reference to match the color (maybe he though I am a fool and couldn't tell the difference). So I asked to fix it and after a week he said they were ready. I went to pick them up, and with the bad sensation he didn't do anything else to them since the previous time, I took the parts home and put them on the bike. Clearly the color was off, but although I may have lived with it, there were too many defects: drips, lack of clearcoat in some areas, and the paint wrinkled and came off near the screws because of the too many layers of paint. I consulted him and said they "should look better than that" and offered to repaint them free of charge.
You wish. I dropped the parts at the beginning of June. For the entire month he rarely showed up at the shop. When he did he said he was sick or was in trouble or found other excuses. I smelled alcohol in his breath many times. After several weeks, in July, I mentioned that if the parts weren't ready in a week I would file a complaint. A week later he finally said he couldn't pay for the paint! I offered to pick up the parts and have a partial refund, but he said he "wanted to do it right for me". So the story went on for weeks, months of excuses and lies. He finally got the parts primed in August. Then for weeks he played the game "my son is picking the paint today" or "my son has the paint in the other truck" and don't forget "They gave me the wrong paint, I will get it tomorrow". In early September still no paint...I picked up the parts, unfinished, the second week of September and ask for a partial refund (Notice I paid in full in May...). Makes sense right? Partial job, partial payment. No. He refused to give ANY money back. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
