Specialty excavating services for All residential construction or renovation projects, whether you are a Homeowner, General Contractor, Mason, Plumber, Electrician, or Landscaper. Over 20 years experiencee in custom home and commercial excavating. I have the knowledge and skills to professionally deal with any excavating, trenching, grading, drainage or earthwork task. I specialize in small to medium size jobs. My minimum rates are less than the cost of renting the equipment yourself. My equipment will fit through a 42” gate. Some of the services offered: • Masonry wall footings of all design, an entire house or external fences and screen walls • Laser guided excavation and grading allows me to work all of your site elevation & slope, plumbing rough-ins and surface or piped drainage plans • Grading for flatwork/patios and sidewalks • Limited access, tight space, technical excavating • Utility trenching • Plumbing rough-ins and dig ups • Gravel and landscape removal or placement (boulders to 700lbs) • Tree holes and Deep Garden soil tilling • Yard or site cleanup and haul out. 5 yard dump trailer If it’s not listed, call me, I’ve probably done it and can do it.
